The apartments are situated in the very centre of Preila, in the same place as the former Kurhaus – right next to the lagoon and spacious park. The Baltic Sea is just 5 minutes away by bicycle or 15 minutes by foot along the path leading through the pine forest. There is an excellent infrastructure for cycling and reliable bus transport to other towns of Neringa – Nida, Juodkrante, Pervalka.

The SMĖLYNAS apartment complex is an ideal place for escaping from the rush of the big city and enjoying romantic moments together. A cup of coffee in a spacious balcony at sunrise, or a glass of wine at sunset will help you rediscover the path to your loved one’s heart.

The guest house also welcomes families with children. The apartments are fully adapted to all the needs of little ones: on request, the hosts will provide baby beds and high chairs, and mothers will find anything they may need to prepare a family dinner in our perfectly equipped kitchens.

We are also open for visitors with pets. Apartments with terraces will be the best playground for your fluffy friends.
